  I have to collect monthly repeat prescriptions for both me and my husband and, despite placing the order for the repeats to be prepared with a minimum of one week's notice, I am frequently informed that either they haven't been received from the surgery, only part of my order is in stock or none of the items are in stock (as happened yesterday). On more than one occasion, I have been told that I cannot collect my order until the pharmacist has returned from lunch. It takes me fifteen minutes to walk from my home to this pharmacy and I do not appreciate being asked to 'pop back later'. It also has a very scruffy interior with a dirty, threadbare carpet, an untidy serving area and far too few staff. There is nothing to be recommended about this pharmacy.

  Absolute rubbish of a Pharmacy. Send other patients prescriptions. Very slow at getting up your prescriptions. Don't seem to care about important prescriptions for sleeping pills and high anxiety not being delivered on time, leaving you feeling suicidale. Wish I could get my medication from my surgery. A deeply unhappy customer.
